Adrienne Kapstein has performed in New York City, regionally, throughout Canada and in Europe. Highlights include Frankenstein (nominated for 4 Drama Desk Awards) and Signals of Distress by The Flying Machine; Hatched, and Fathom (winner of the Dublin Festival’s Best Production, 2004) by SaBooge Theatre.
She is Co-Artistic Director of the critically acclaimed international ensemble SaBooge Theatre, and is the director of their current and upcoming shows Every Day Above Ground and Speak Easy.
Adrienne teaches Movement and Mask at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and has taught at NYU, the New School for Drama’s MFA program and Marymount Manhattan College. She has given workshops in Ensemble Creation at Swarthmore College, The Gaiety School of Acting (Dublin), the University of Ireland (Galway) and Queen’s College (Ontario). Ms. Kapstein is a graduate of Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris and the Univerisity of Edinburgh, Scotland.
